OUTCOME: Case Dismissed; Murder warrants dismissed.

This was a case where our client was wrongfully accused of Murder. We beat the entire case, dismissed the case at a preliminary hearing in The Superior Court of Spalding County in front of the Honorabl ... e Robert "Mack" Crawford. We proceeded to file a Habeous Corpus petition and filed a lawsuit against the Sheriff of Spalding County. All charges were dropped and our client was released from the Spalding County Jail.
