Lakiesha Shundrail Fair

Attorney Fair is an Atlanta area native, hailing from College Park, Georgia where she attended high school at Benjamin Banneker. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University. Attorney Fair received her law degree from Appalachian School of Law in Grundy, Virginia, where she served as President of the Black Student Law Association.
Attorney Fair has worked in several different legal capacities, including but not limited to: starting her legal career interning at the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office; as an Attorney for Henry County Family and Children Services; as well as other Criminal, Personal Injury, and Family Law Associate positions in Metro-Atlanta.
Attorney Fair wanted to start a law firm with the core values she lives by: loyalty, honesty, and integrity. These are the qualities you can count on at The Fair Law Firm. Attorney Fair wanted a firm she could believe in, benefiting both the clients and the Attorneys working on the case.
As a native of the metro Atlanta area, Attorney Fair has several ties to the community and a very strong desire to give back in the area that has graciously invested in her over the years. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, The Family Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, The Criminal Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, a member of The Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Association, and has served as a Mock Trial Judge for Empire, helping to shape the young legal minds of the future.
Attorney Fair believes strongly in fairness, quality representation, and helping her clients achieve their goals. Consequently, she strives to make sure all her clients are treated as individuals with separate needs. Attorney Fair has successfully litigated hundreds of cases as a former prosecutor and as a defense attorney, giving her a unique edge when it comes to representing her client needs.
She believes strongly in fighting tirelessly to achieve the best outcomes for her clients. Attorney Fair is also a Certified Mediator. She is extremely skilled at negotiation and getting excellent results short of trial: however, she is not afraid of the courtroom and will passionately litigate for her clients. In her spare time, Attorney Fair loves reading fiction novels, volunteering in the community, traveling, and spending time with her family and loved ones.
