Highly recommend

I interviewed several attorneys when I needed help probating my father's estate and I chose this firm. They did such a great job that I recently hired them to represent me in a divorce. They are thorough, made great recommendations and all of their staff are super competent. I will use them next fo...r a will. I've never had an attorney "in my back pocket" but now I do!

Absolutely recommend for alienation

Lacey understands the issues of alienation cases better than other attorneys I've met with. She's sharp, has incredible memory and attention to detail, and has a presence in the courtroom that speaks to her competence.

Recommendation

Very professional and thorough in handling of a guardianship proceedings and transfer between states. Good counsel in preparation of appearance before the judge, and other concerns I shared in handling business affairs and movement of my mother. Both Attn Briasco and Sr Para-legal Kelly were great t...o work with.

She is thee besttttt!!

We hired Mrs. Braisco in December 2019 to represent us for my nieces custody hearing after my sister had recently passed in June 2019. The illegitimate father took her the day of the funeral and we never saw her again until Jan 2020 when we were awarded custody, it didn’t stop there or so we thought.....it was just the beginning of a year long case. (COVID-19) Yesterday was great news for us as we are officially done!! Our case was a difficult case being it had to do with a new law that was enacted in June 2019 geared towards step parents under the care givers act. It’s a new law so no real cases on it. Here’s the kicker we weren’t going against a step parent!! Mrs. Braisco took the case head on with confidence, she did her research and asked the important questions to help win our case. We love the determination and she will not back down she stood up for us. Mrs. Braisco’s team also did wonderful constant contact and communication. Never had to worry or search for her whenever we called, unlike some where you call for days and don’t get an answer.Mrs. Braisco truely truely deserves more than a 5 star review! We are a forever client. We will always turn to Mrs.Braisco for all our family matters. She is that good I wouldn’t want to hire anyone else, she is like a lioness and the courtroom was her den.She owned it!! Also the other party hired two lawyers against us. Guess what !! They were no match for her!!! Remember when looking for a good lawyer they aren’t cheap and cheap lawyers aren’t good! We don’t come from a wealthy family but we come from a hardworking one. Mrs. Braisco deserved every single cent we spent during the last year and we would do it again!! If your looking for a professional head strong attorney with expertise she is the one!

Legitimation

I had called many lawyers dealing with my issue, but non of them seemed genuine until I talked to Lacey Briasco. She began helping me with the process to file for legitimation and joint custody immediately. Take note that I also love all the way in California due to being in the military! It was as i...f I was there while the whole process was happening. The process was very simple and painless. Very military friendly, will definitely recommend to others if you’re having some legal family troubles.
