Biography
Attorney Lacey Briasco is licensed to practice law in the Georgia Courts, including Magistrate, Juvenile, Probate, State, and Superior Courts. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kennesaw State University, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She then enrolled in Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, and earned her Juris Doctor Degree. Her legal education focused heavily on Family Law and Immigration matters in the Atlanta Area, including an international training program in Brazil.
Attorney Briasco specializes in complex custody and divorce cases, and generalizes in Probate Guardianships, Conservatorships, and Estate matters. Also, as a military spouse, she applies her deep understanding of military life and sacrifice to serve her clients in the armed services in the areas of Family and Estate law matters.
Attorney Briasco has successfully closed hundreds of cases in her specialty areas since joining the Georgia State Bar Association, and has earned a reputation of being a highly focused and competent litigator in the local community.
