Attorney Briasco was definitely knowledgeable and experienced which served me well. My only concern was a lack of attention to details that I would not have thought of during meditation. I wish there was a checklist of some sort of things to be aware of during meditation for negotiations. But she ser...ved me well.

We hired Mrs. Braisco in December 2019 to represent us for my nieces custody hearing after my sister had recently passed in June 2019. The illegitimate father took her the day of the funeral and we never saw her again until Jan 2020 when we were awarded custody, it didn’t stop there or so we thought.....it was just the beginning of a year long case. (COVID-19) Yesterday was great news for us as we are officially done!! Our case was a difficult case being it had to do with a new law that was enacted in June 2019 geared towards step parents under the care givers act. It’s a new law so no real cases on it. Here’s the kicker we weren’t going against a step parent!! Mrs. Braisco took the case head on with confidence, she did her research and asked the important questions to help win our case.
