Biography
I strongly believe that every citizen is entitled to the protection of their Constitutional rights.
As a soldier I swore an oath to uphold and defend those rights, and I took another oath to do the same when I became an attorney.
Every person accused of a crime deserves to have those Constitutional rights protected and defended. This is my personal belief, and it is reflected in my calling to practice as a criminal defense attorney.
My practice has taken me all over the state of Georgia, and I have represented clients from Acworth to Zebulon, from Appling County to Walton County. I’ve handled cases spanning the entire criminal offense spectrum, from simple traffic tickets to homicides, along with both bench trials and jury trials.

Very difficult to communicate with. Get everything in writing before you proceed.
Shawn was very nice on the phone during our first discussion of my case and explained his services. However he became very hard to get emails or phone calls back from once he started the case, after I PAID HIM.
