Not all cases are multi million dollar settlements, in fact most are not. But that doesn't mean they are not just as deserved. We won my case against a VERY bad insurance company. I first met Timothy White several years ago when he was a public defender in Pickens County, Georgia. He represented my daughter and he did an excellent job, both at that time and later. Last time we went to court with him for my wife the judge said don't come back again you will spend the rest of probation lock up. But Mr Tim had her out in like 3 hours I was prepared for the worst. I was recently involved in a two vehicle accident and received a ticket for "following to close" which carries a $250 fine and 3 points. Feeling that the points and fine were inappropriate given the circumstances, I contacted Tim, who presented me with my options. After doing some research, he co...ntacted the prosecuting attorney and presented my case. Tim was able to get all 3 points dropped and the fine significantly reduced.
