Timothy Francis White

Tim White was of great service to me in handling my *monstrous* crime of going 70 MPH in a 55 MPH on the 515 in Pickens County (Maybe they should change the name to "Slim Pickens" if they're that desperate for ticket quotas). Firstly, during the free consultation, Mr. White explained every avenue... of action we had to available handle the matter. His confidence and knowledge was evident in our conversation and cemented my choice in hiring him. Once hired, Mr. White started out by attempting to get this matter handled (legally) outside of court. He was honest with me upfront and said the odds were not good for this happening, due to Pickens not having a dedicated judicial staff (They actually moonlight as lawyers themselves, yee-haw!). He assured me they wouldn't review the cases till the day of court. Mr. White tried as he said he would, and it went as he said it would: we had to wait to go before a judge. I was not disappointed, however, because Mr. White was able to prepare me for this happening ahead of time. Mr. White's knowledge of the lay of the land and how events will unfold is a wonderful thing. Hiring this man means you'll get things handled AND it will be done quickly. I arrived early at court this morning and Mr. White was waiting for me there. I cannot tell you how many other people I saw claiming in court that their lawyer was late or stuck in traffic. Mr. White was the only lawyer who was there on time, ahead of time, and just in time when the judge called my name. Ultimately, Mr. White got my ticket reduced so I accrued no points on my license. I still have to pay a fine, but this is inescapable and I've learned no one gets their fine reduced when it's on the lower end. Another fact I picked up from Mr. White. I should also mention Mr. White was also gracious enough to reduce his costs because of specific factors in my case, which I deeply appreciate. Mr. White has my highest recommendation.

I was recently involved in a two vehicle accident and received a ticket for "following to close" which carries a $250 fine and 3 points. Feeling that the points and fine were inappropriate given the circumstances, I contacted Tim, who presented me with my options. After doing some research, he co...ntacted the prosecuting attorney and presented my case. Tim was able to get all 3 points dropped and the fine significantly reduced.
