I am so fortunate to have had Mr. White as an attorney. I know very little about legal matters. My lack of knowledge makes me very nervous about legal matters. Mr. White has always made sure that I understood the legal terms. He has a very professional manner about him. He can also be very calm ...and reassuring. Not only did Mr. White explain things in detail to me, he also took the time to explain to my parents as well. Mr. White and I exchanged numerous emails about my case. He is always professional, kind and very clear in what is being said. We also exchanged many phone calls. Again, kind and professional. He would listen to my concerns and always offer good information for my questions. Any time Mr. White and I had face to face meetings, I was always greeted with a firm handshake and warm smile. He also greeted my parents warmly and made sure to include all of us in the conversations. Mr. White was never stern with me (I'm a sensitive person). He was always firm, never harsh. Sometimes, it's the little things about a persons manner that makes a world of difference. Honestly, I was absolutely terrified to meet with an attorney. Mr. White took the fear away and built my confidence. I now feel very confident should I have to speak with another attorney.
