Alicia Andrews Faucette

An absolutely horrible experience and treatment of "Senior Citizens," during a very difficult and emotional time. My wife and I retained Alicia Faucette to represent us in a "Grandparents Visitation Case." We retained her following the death of our son, and our daughter-in-law denying us visitation.... Alicia was very accessible and encouraging until we paid her retainer on 1 Dec 22. Today is 26 June 23, and we have heard from her. Since paying the retainer, Alicia has not responded to any of multiple emails, text messages, certified letters and countless messages left with her receptionist. After over 7 months of waiting and having no contact with our granddaughters, who are 13 and 9, coupled with an unresponsive Attorney, has made life difficult and stressful. Furthermore, our daughter-in-law has moved multiple times creating an unstable environment for our granddaughters. Alicia was aware of the frequent moves by our daughter-in-law, and we provided dates and addresses at the time that we retained her. Alicia refuses to respond to our attempts to communicate with her, to provide evidence of work done on our case and to refund our retainer. A horrible way to treat Senior Citizens who are still grieving the loss of their son, and who are concerned about granddaughters who they love very much!!!

The absolute worst. This attorney was supposed to work on a no-contest divorce and then just stopped responding to EVERYTHING midway through the proceedings. Initially her paralegals handled most of the documentation, which was shoddy, but after a while they stopped responding to all communication. ... I called so many times I had their number on speed dial, all I got was her phone service. Until I changed my name, gave a fake name, and she called right back thinking it was new business. Alicia then tried to sound apologetic and promised to return the money she was paid. It's been months now and it's crickets, back to no response. No refunds. No communication. Do not hire this lawyer.

This lawyer never responds to calls or emails, and will not represent they way you would like. Her approach to the case is timid and she basically lets her paralegal handle all the work. I wouldn’t recommend the lawyer to you because she’s not equipped with the skills needed to beat your case. She’s ...unprofessional and doesn’t meet deadlines from the courts. I had this lawyer for several cases however I paid for another lawyer to take over my case because I was in the process of losing them all with her. DO NOT GO WITH THIS LAWYER FOR ANY OF YOUR CASES , I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE SAME!!

I hired Mrs. Faucette to represent me during my divorce . She did not file for discovery against my spouse. She did not advise me during mediation. Alicia Faucette did not respond to emails timely. She did not respond to other forms of communication timely. I had to ask that she file Rule Nisi for a ...court appearance as my case lingered. If there was a way to give zero stars, that would be the ratings I'd give this attorney.

Attorney Faucette, exceeded all my expectations when it came to informing me about what to expect during my divorce. She was very informative about my options. She was available to answer any additional questions I had about the divorce proceedings. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, professi...onal, and personable.
