Dawn Elizabeth de Klerk

Dawn has practiced in Georgia since passing the bar exam in 1993.  Her practice is solely focused on family law matters.  She has successfully represented hundreds of families in legal matters in over 35 Georgia counties. 

Dawn was the prevailing attorney in Sullivan vs. Sullivan, 295 Ga. 24, 757 S.E. 2nd 129 (2014).  The Sullivan case established legal precedent in Georgia regarding equitable division of assets in divorce cases.

Dawn has a strong commitment to all her clients and each client receives personal attention every step of the way through their litigation.  Every case is different and has its own unique set of facts; therefore, each client deserves specialized attention and service.  She knows that clients come to her when they are in need of someone with knowledge of the law, and who has a temperament to navigate emotionally challenging and many times extremely contentious legal situations.
