Supreme Court of Georgia upheld lower court's ruling that wife was not entitled to husband's interest in a business which he acquired prior to marriage. Husband's business interest had substantially g ... rown during the marriage. The Court held that when the growth cannot be attributable to either spouse, the asset is correctly classified 100% as a premarital asset.
