I consulted with this law firm six months ago regarding legal representation. Initially, I was cautious about seeking counsel in the area, but the intake discussion seemed promising. I received a callback indicating they were willing to take on my case. Unfortunately, the firm failed to achieve the d...esired outcome, as did the county. The primary purpose of hiring an attorney was to obtain answers. After retaining the firm, I spoke with a paralegal who was professional and respectful, but I felt that honesty was lacking. When I would call or text with questions, I was told that the paralegal or attorney would return my calls. However, I never received a callback. After months of minimal communication, I followed up in January and was informed that the attorney handling my case had left the firm. Furthermore, I was told that the new team was unable to obtain the necessary information from the opposing party. Shortly after, I received an email stating that the firm could no longer represent me, without any prior phone call or explanation. Given the lack of communication and professionalism displayed, I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking a personal injury claim.

My experience was wonderful . I had no issues and they stayed in contact thru out my entire claim . They even went so far to send me a bday card on my bday .
