Marc did a fantastic job representing me in a difficult continued Child Support case for me. Marc got me temporary custody in the beginning, and by the end, sole legal and physical custody of my two minor children. He was patient w...ith all the forwarded text messages, photos, and drama that come from a messy divorce and never once rejected any of my thoughts or concerns. I yielded my feelings and opinions to his expertise, and he never made me regret doing so. I trusted his judgement on what I should be doing and how to approach the courts with my case and he did not disappoint. He made sure I understood I would probably never get sole custody of the kids, and until the month before the final court date, we were looking for joint custody. I kept him appraised of everything going on in the marriage and by the end of the divorce I now have full custody of my minor children with child support. Marc understood the position I was in and worked with me through it all. If he doesn’t answer you right away just be patient, all lawyers get paid for every communication between you and them. If he doesn’t answer right away, he is trying to save you some money, just be patient he will get back with you. He’s honest and straight forward, he knows when to not answer you. It’s easy to think something is important when it not, him not answering is his way of helping keep you from spending money communicating with him when its unnecessary. Marc stayed upbeat and never made promises he couldn’t keep, and he has an intuitive understanding of court practices and what it takes to win. He works to gain an understanding of the parties involved, from the couple getting divorced to the court officers involved with the case and then tailors his case to everyone involved. I have found him to be extremely intuitive at predicting the other parties’ actions. How well he can do that depends solely on you and your willingness to follow instructions and work for your case. He told me right after the temporary custody hearing he thought my wife would wind up not following through with anything and he was right. She didn’t even show up for the final court date. I am not so great with words, and in proof reading this I found that words don’t express what Marc was able to accomplish for me and my children. Top marks Marc Robinson.
