Experienced and Passionate Counsel

Blair, quite simply, is a true professional. He helped me regarding an open source software copyright case that required very specific knowledge in the field with a party that was quite difficult to deal with. Through his legal expertise, we were able to negotiate with the client in such a way that u...ltimately paved the path to resolution. No matter what time of day or night you called, Blair answered on the first ring and was always knowledgeable and willing to share his findings and even current developments in case law that could be used to aid the case in court. When you're dealing with the stress of a civil or criminal lawsuit, having someone like Blair on your side is essential.
