Attorney Ana represented me on a battery case is Paulding County and got the charge dismissed. I was arrested for a battery against my girlfriend but there was a total misunderstanding on the case. Things got blown way out of proportion, but, the cops or the DA would not listed to her and drop the ...charges. She was told that she could not drop charges because the State picked up the charges. First off it's not okay to drink and drive or drive under the influence, BUT it had been hours since my last drink. I was drinking water since that last drink.
