Jason took initiative in my case 100%. He stayed on top of everything that was going on, always letting me know what was going on and what I needed to do. He appeared for every court date even though it was miles out of the way for him and even if there were minuscule things happening in the court date. Jason always made me feel comfortable with what was going on within my case and reassured me that things we’re going to be okay. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with him!
I have worked with Public Defender offices in Athens, Augusta and Gainesville. During this time, I represented clients on a wide array of cases - from probation revocations to thefts and batteries.
After having spent several years working in criminal defense in Georgia, I decided to travel the world while I still had the ability to do so. Nearly five years later, I have lived in and visited over thirty countries - in one of which I was to find my wife.
Now a married man, I have returned to Georgia to create a law practice aimed at helping to protect the freedoms that our country's forefathers instilled within it - and which my travels have shown me must be vigorously defended. This includes (but is certainly not limited to) criminal defense, eminent domain, the right to bear arms, foreclosure cases, and issues involving the First Amendment.

Did his job, and did it well.
If you have a misdemeanor possession charge, this is your man. Got me the sweetest deal imaginable in an unforgiving County.

Great
Jason Wilson represented my son in a criminal case. My son felt like he wasn't being represented well but as time went on I could see that Jason Wilson had my son's best interest. Sometimes being on the outside looking in you really don't realize the work load that attorneys have to deal with. Each time I called or texted Mr Wilson he always responded. He advised my son the best thing to do in his criminal case situation. Finally my son started to listen to him and his case turned out well. My son did commit a crime and punishment comes with that. But over all it could have been much worse if he hadn't taken Mr. Wilson advise. So thank you Jason Wilson for your continued effort with my son's case. You never gave up.

Great attorney
I am lucky to have heard about this attorney just word of mouth on referral. He was able to meet with me the same day I called for a hearing literally that day to handled my son's case. He always return phone calls quickly, and has gone to visit with my son several times just to update. He is more attentive as an attorney then others I have paid ten times his fee. He is very reasonable with fees and most importantly has helped us navigate what could have been a much worse situation for a young man. Highly recommend this attorney.

Did the bare minimum
Mr. Wilson did the bare minimum in my case. My crazy ex-roommate filed a TPO against me so she would be able to break the lease. She broke all my furniture, her cat destroyed my belongings and she trespassed the property and Mr. Wilson did not at least counsel me on how to proceed against this woman.
Response from Jason WilsonDecember 26, 2014
I am sorry that you didn't like the end result of your case, but I assure you that everything that could be done for you was done. In fact, I do recall leaving a message with you, in which I asked what more you wanted to be done on this case. To date, I have not heard a response. As I attempted to explain to you multiple times, this was a civil matter and not a criminal case.
