About Jason
Biography
After having spent several years working in criminal defense in Georgia, I decided to travel the world while I still had the ability to do so. Nearly five years later, I have lived in and visited over thirty countries - in one of which I was to find my wife.
Now a married man, I have returned to Georgia to create a law practice aimed at helping to protect the freedoms that our country's forefathers instilled within it - and which my travels have shown me must be vigorously defended. This includes (but is certainly not limited to) criminal defense, eminent domain, the right to bear arms, foreclosure cases, and issues involving the First Amendment.

Did the bare minimum
Mr. Wilson did the bare minimum in my case. My crazy ex-roommate filed a TPO against me so she would be able to break the lease. She broke all my furniture, her cat destroyed my belongings and she trespassed the property and Mr. Wilson did not at least counsel me on how to proceed against this woman....

Replied last December 26, 2014I am sorry that you didn't like the end result of your case, but I assure you that everything that could be done for you was done. In fact, I do recall leaving a message with you, in which I asked what more you wanted to be done on this case. To date, I have not heard a response. As I attempted to explain to you multiple times, this was a civil matter and not a criminal case.
