small and attentive

Slow and unprofessional
I have never dealt with any law firm the doesn’t have some kind of urgency with working on a case. You ask them to do one thing and they do another all awhile withholding information it’s like you have to beg for a simple update. Will never hire them again.

This law office is very rude and unprofessional.
They did not stay up to date with my case. They told me one thing and did another. I would not hire them again. I refuse to deal with someone that is rude and unprofessional.
