Thanks to Mr. rossner and Monika for keeping me calm and they kept working on it for me until I got my money. They stayed on top of my appointments even when I forgot them, my car was repaired and looked ...new again, they called me through out my case with updates and things I needed to do on my end, they also got me good discounts on my bills and everyone was nice to me. I had no problems and so happy right now.
