If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I were involved in an accident summer of last year and we mistakenly hired this firm. We’ve had to do ALL the leg work, follow up calls and provide information we hired this firm to handle. They do not follow up, they change the case handler often and t...hey all perform the same HORRIBLE! Please do not hire this company. Btw you sign a contract for 33%up front because they know their work is horrible.

Lisa Luong law firm does not look out for their client's best interest. The doctors used within their network of services are allowed to overcharge the clients for medical services. The client is not only physically, mentally, financially drained but also emotionally drained by the dishonesty and t...he lack of loyalty of this firm.

Got into a accident, i got referred to her, so we sat down she made me feel like she was going to have my back throughout the whole process, then proceeded to not follow up,it was hard to reach her, and when you did, it felt like she was always rushing you off the phone, and eventually . she called o...ut the blue to tell me she couldn't handle my case anymore....no explanation or anything...just a sorry.....just like that.

This office and everyone in it, is so unprofessional. They do nothing and expect you to do everything. We have been waiting over 2 years and the accident was NOT our fault! You have to constantly call for updates and they give you attitude as if you did something wrong for inquiring about YOUR money!...

Hired this attorney 2+ years ago for a accident case. Never followed up. Gave my file to another attorney without my permission. I have contacted the board about this lawyer. Has a very rude unprofessional paralegal named Tommy. Curses and acts as if you're bothering him. Never met Lisa. Office staf...f unknowledged and nasty. Run. Don't hire them!
