I hired this attorney to represent me in a custody matter after an initial consultation where he presented what sounded like a well thought out strategy and gave me confidence in the direction of my case. Unfortunately, my experience was very different from what was promised. Many of the actions d...iscussed during the consultation were never carried out. I also felt he was far too accommodating to opposing counsel and did not advocate for my interests the way I expected. A case that I believed had a very strong factual foundation turned into an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I paid more than $25,000 in legal fees, yet my case never even made it to a court appearance while he represented me. Based on my experience, I did not receive the level of representation or value I expected for the amount I paid. Trey Sauls is a horrible attorney! Don't waste your money! If you hire this man you will lose in court. In a very simple military divorce case Trey Sauls convinced that he could convince the court to make my spouse pay my attorney fees. He filed a motion for attorney fees and lost. We ultimately... went to court and lost the divorce case in court. Do not waste one dollar on hiring this man. He will play on your emotions and convince you that he knows what he is talking about. After you lose your divorce case with this man he will continue to bill you for hours that he didn't spend on your case. Do your self a favor and DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY for your divorce!
