Patty spent 4 years in litigation with my family in an extremely high conflict custody case. I got to know Patty Shewmaker (and her team). These are all wonderful reasons to hire an attorney but not the most powerful reason, if you ask me. in a couple words...Patty actually cares. Somehow in her decades of experience she has not become jaded with a calloused demeanor...she still cares. She cared about me but more importantly she cared about my children. As a Guardian ad Litem herself, I think she sees things at a whole different level than most family law attorneys ever will. She sees through a filter of compassion. Patty helped me keep my children safe. I will never be able to express my gratitude for the effort she put forth for me and my children but I am eternally grateful.
