I am a patent attorneyregistered to practice before the United States Patent Office. I havebeen practicing patent law since 1994. Prior to beginning law school atthe University of Georgia School of Law in 1991, I was a Senior AssociateEngineer with IBM, where I designed logic circuits employed in the central processingunits of the AS/400 computer.
I was a lecturer at theCoordimento Interuniversitario Veneto per le Nanotechnologia() from 2004 through 2007, where I taught the "IntellectualProperty in Nanotechnology" module of the International Masters Degree inNanotechnology jointly offered by the University of Padua, the University of Venice and the University of Verona.
My practice is limited toissues involving patents, trade marks, copyrights and trade secrets. Myservices include procuring and perfecting intellectual property rights, counselingclients about intellectual property issues and intellectual property litigation.
