Patient and Helpful During Uncertain Time

When I needed a divorce attorney I did not know who to contact. I searched for someone in my area of town and Melody Swilling’s firm appeared. I was immediately contacted after making an online inquiry which impressed me. Within a couple days I had a consultation with Melody and during that conversat...ion I knew I would hire her for my divorce. She and her staff were very thorough and answered all my many questions. I was able to obtain my divorce within a few months. I would recommend this firm.

Knowledgeable & Compassionate!

Melody was always prepared and ready to answer my many questions. My divorce didn’t start off contentious, however from the very beginning she prepared me mentally that it probably would go in that direction, she was right, unfortunately it did. No matter how trying or unbearable things got, Melody a...nd her team walked me through the very difficult divorce process and assured me that every concern I had she would address and offer advice based on my best interest. The entire process was emotionally taxing and mentally draining but she helped me navigate through it all. I’m grateful for her professionalism, expertise, care, and compassion she has shown me during this chapter in my life.

Hard Time Made Easier

Melody and her entire staff made a very emotional divorce easier. She was professional while also being a caring advocate for me. She listened and understood what things were very important and fought to get them for me. At all times I knew that she'd be available for me via phone or quick email and ...that every issue would be resolved. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Divorce

I highly recommend Attorney Melody Swilling and the firm of Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor. My divorce was an uneventful and quick process, but I knew she would be my strongest advocate if the situation changed. Melody and her staff are professional and responsive. I love that we were able to handle... almost everything online, from random questions to approvals and billing. Melody and team eliminated the drama expected in a divorce agreement and helped make this process a very positive one for me.

My review of Melody Swilling (from Hait, Eichelzer, & Kuhn) regarding my divorce.

I went to Hait, Eichelzer & Kuhn to file for divorce. At first I just wanted counsel about divorce and the process. I met with Lizz Kuhn in the beginning of the process then Melody Swilling stepped in as Lizz had a baby. She was able to come into the process as if I had been working with her the whol...e time. Melody was always very friendly and professional. She helped me with Mediation and in the final court hearing following through till the divorce was final. Melody was very knowledgeable and during the mediation process she really looked out for me and what was best for the children. She drafted the settlement papers and was very through. She was available to make changes as needed until a final settlement had been reached. She put me at ease during the final hearing and was able to make last minute changes that day. I left the process feeling protected and am not worried about my future concerning the divorce as everything was spelled out in the settlement agreement. I am very grateful to this law firm. I have and will recommend Melody.
