I highly suggest anyone else that hires him to be sure and delete his authority to make decisions, and instead put all settlement actions must be approved by you in writing. When talking about se...ttlements, don't let him bagger you into accepting or making an offer before he sends you everything from that conversation in writing along with the pros and cons of settlement instead on continuing in court. He is very knowledgeable about any type of foreclosures but "I wish I had never hired him".

My mothers house was foreclosed upon after her death, while we were in the process of selling it. This was caused by a reverse mortgage company not paying attention and sending her house to a aggressive lawyer. We were able to get the house back and force the reverse mortgage company to pay all legal fees and a little compensation for the whole issue.
