Dissatisfaction!

I hired Schuyler Elliott to represent me and file a suit for a foreclosure that was processed against me. I highly suggest anyone else that hires him to be sure and delete his authority to make decisions, and instead put all settlement actions must be approved by you in writing. When talking about se...ttlements, don't let him bagger you into accepting or making an offer before he sends you everything from that conversation in writing along with the pros and cons of settlement instead on continuing in court. He is very knowledgeable about any type of foreclosures but "I wish I had never hired him".

Exceptional Attorney

I was very apprehensive about filing bankruptcy. I had been dealing with a lawsuit for several years which had seriously impacted me financially. After meeting with several attorneys to discuss my options, one of the attorneys referred me to Attorney Schuyler Elliott. Attorney Elliott was highly r...ecommended as an attorney that could handle my very complex legal matters. When I met with Attorney Elliott, he was very straight forward about my situation and stated he enjoys taking on complex cases. Attorney Elliott many years of experience as a Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy attorney and his years of civil litigation experience as a trial attorney proved to be very important in my case. I am very thankful that he could represent me in all aspects of my legal case in Georgia. Also, I deeply appreciated Attorney Elliott willingness to share his thoughts on each step and he allowed me the opportunity to always state my feelings or options on how he felt we should proceed. I was always informed in great depth of what to expect and he answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. I found Attorney Elliott to be very easy to talk to which made it easy to ask questions or voice concerns about what would happen next. I highly recommend Attorney Schuyler Elliot. He is professional, appropriately straight-forward and will answer your questions honestly and handle your case with skill and integrity.

He did the job, so far, 3 times for me.

Always professional, Mr. Elliott was straightforward and never beat around the bushes on the issues. I felt comfortable talking to him and his expertise helped me get through one of the toughest times of my financial life. He conveyed information in a timely manner and always responded to my calls. H...e literally keep the bank at bay until I could sell my property. Thanks Big Guy.

WORST ATTORNEY

As an attorney I found his demeanor to be deliberately repulsive and degrading. Additionally, he quit the case after stating I had not informed him of another legal matter which I had. He also requested an additional nine-hundred dollars to handle my case for not disclosing what I had i fact disclose...d. Therefore, I sent him a second copy of what I had sent previously to refute his allegations of my lack cooperation. And, in return, he sent me a letter of withdrawal from my case. Now, allow me to state, I paid him in full prior to him starting my case, shame on me! He has kept every dime of my money but not worked the case. I also endured him making the statements and I quote, " I remind him of his wife," who he stated is "a negative person." I have no idea what kind of person she may be but I felt she should not have been a part of our communication. Also, that is not hearsay, he actually said that to me. But, don't repeat it because then it will become hearsay. And those are the behaviors I encountered after hiring attorney Schuyler Elliott. I also forgot to obtain a receipt for one of the two payments I made to him for which I had to literally track him down to get. And just for the record, I attempted to dismiss him about five days after hiring him at which time he stated he would keep all of my money. I said that would not be appropriate and I surely did not have that kind of money to just give away. Therefore, I felt over a barrow to keep Him as my attorney. So he literally threw me under the bus with my case in a very deliberate and manicured way.
