After a Google search to get a bad tenant out of one of our properties I came across Khurram’s practice. When we sat down he listened attentively, read through the lease and our files; and gave us a three-pronged approach with step-by-step actions for each avenue. He emailed me specific phrases to ...include in my written contact with the tenant; and we’re breathing much easier as the renter moved out within a week of notice without having to go through court dispossessory proceedings. He subsequently checked in with me twice more that week – even when he was on vacation. Those three approaches in his advice, I feel, are the reason that the bad situation didn’t extend for a longer time. I’ll definitely be referring him to other landlords in need.

So here's my story. I was involved in a new business venture with a partner and later decided to break away from the partnership. Our business was using BB&T bank as our merchant processor. I notified my merchant rep I was leaving the business and to take my name off the merchant account. The rep... never did, and I later find out my ex-business partner ran up almost $70k in chargebacks that the bank wanted refunded. Due to the bank not properly removing me from the account, they still had my name as a guarantor on the merchant account, so I was held accountable for this debt. They froze my personal account, and they froze another unrelated business account I had with BB&T as a form of collateral until they received their money. Mr. Baig managed to quickly negotiate with the BB&T legal department on the release of my business account from being held hostage, and he later was able to reach a settlement amount for them to release me from the situation that was about to quickly escalate. Mr. Baig efforts helped me preserve my credit and relationship with BB&T. He will more than likely soon represent me again in litigation against my ex-business partner. The only reason I'm rating the experience as Good instead of Excellent is because I didn't fully get the result I wanted, but I do think I got the best result I could get under the circumstances.
