Michael Richard Duponte

Mr. Duponte was an excellent lawyer. I got arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute (a felony) and seriously thought I was done for (never going to get a job etc.). The first time I spoke with him and showed him all my "evidence," he immediately reassured me that I was not going... back to jail and that I would likely just end up with a misdemeanor (it was less than an ounce). Through no fault of his own, the case ended up taking months (honestly not sure if that's normal) but I eventually ended up having my case dismissed. I seriously couldn't be happier. He was very down to earth and did not judge me at all. He always made sure I never left a court date with questions and always tried to keep me up to date with the case. I have to also give a big shout out to his assistant Beth. She is seriously so helpful. ANY time I had a question, I could call, and I could always count on her to find the answer, even if she had to call me back. This was my first (and hopefully last) experience with hiring a lawyer and I was very pleased with the results. :)
