Wasted Time
He wasted my time...Had my case over a year and half... Never did he call...I'm always talking to secretary.,..If he couldn't help me,why wait so long...I only a short notice of time before my statue of limitations was out.But I find another attorney who was knowledgeable about my case... When he did...
Client signed a limited investigation agreement to determine if she had a viable case. After over 42 status telephone calls with client and negative reports of 2 outside experts, the client was informed our office could not accept her case. We also agreed to meet and explain reasons why her case could not be pursued, but she refused and we recommended she obtain a second opinion. We always attempt to help our clients as much as possible and pursue every legal option available but we can only accept a case which is viable and has merit. Only after our refusal to accept the case were complaints made. However, we wish her well despite the unfounded criticism.
