Suzanne Temple Prescott

Suzanne was a great choice. I had consultations with a few different attorneys and found her the most realistic on what was going to happen. As my ex husband and myself were going back and forth with the division of assets, Suzanne was extremely meticulous and thorough with all of it. She'd find ever...y typo, everything that didn't quite read correctly, she'd correct. We all know that there are stalls in the process. She was very good at following up with the other lawyer, and never let anything fall through the cracks. She pointedly helped move the process along as it should. She was honest with the billing and I feel I was treated very well from her in the process. Thank you Suzanne for making my divorce run as seamlessly as possible.

Custody battles are never easy but Suzanne made this hard time as smooth as possible. She was straight forward, honest, knowledgable, attentive and helped bring us to the easiest and fastest close to our matter as possible. Even while out on maternity leave attending to her new precious bundle she ...ALWAYS returned emails, calls and made sure our questions were answered. We consider ourselves lucky to have been recommended to such a wonderful firm and would recommened them in a heartbeat. It was such a pleasure to have to go through such a hard time with someone who makes you feel confident and comfortiable and we really apprecaited that.

Although my divorce was uncontested, it was important that events occurred in a specific sequence in order to minimize my exposure to additional complications. When I contacted Suzanne, I was about to be off track and she explained what to do when, and what not to do. Any questions were promptly an...swered. Some very critical events and negotiations overlapped the Christmas and New Years holiday but Suzanne kept things moving even while on vacation and out of town. She used flexibility and creativity to keep the process moving and avoid missing critical end of year deadlines. I was very impressed with her knowledge and responsiveness and felt comfortable that she was really looking after my best interest. She is now at the top of my list when I next need a family law attorney and I will definitely recommend her to others.

Suzanne and her staff were very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive. She dealt with my husband and his lawyer, both very difficult to work with, so I did not have to. Though it was a crazy process, she never lost her cool which helped me immensely. I would highly recommend Suzann...e Prescott!

Was not happy with Suzanne during the divorce process and more than a year later I'm still not happy. I felt like she was just pushing me through her office and out the door before the fee ran out. She did not read the documents which were sent from my ex and didn't catch items that had been change...d by her immediately prior to the final doc signing. The ex proposed that i get 12 hours of parenting time during Christmas break and Suzanne didn't notice. Found it myself. I wanted a specific parenting schedule and the ex fought me hard on it. Suzanne asked me if it "really mattered?" and pushed it on through. When going over the child support obligation calculation with me there was a difference in the amount of money i would need to pay the ex. Suzanne said we'll give her the extra amount and pushed it on through. I wanted and Suzanne asked the other party for a face to face so we could hash out some sticking points before the final signing. But they cancelled and she didn't try to push for another meeting. We never had the face to face. I feel like the other lawyer played us very well. The ex wanted me to pay rent for the 2 weeks immediately after the divorce while i continued to get my things out of the house. Suzanne argued with me and agreed with the ex and pushed it on through. I felt like Suzanne was working harder for my ex then she was for me. I found i had to check and recheck every document to make sure i was getting what i wanted and check that items weren't changed by the ex on the sly. Having never been through that before I expected more from my lawyer. I would not recommend.
