Normally I don't write reviews, however, Joseph Weinberg, is the exception because of his outstanding professional service. I would be remise if I did not share his capabilities so that others can also benefit from his work. I first met Joseph in August of 2006 when I was looking for an attorney... to draft a contract for me. I was about to purchase a company and the owner operator wanted to do the sale on a handshake. Upon receiving the first draft I was floored to see how detailed it was. Not only that but he was meticulous in ensuring my investment was protected. I became a fan! In 2007 I purchased another company and yes, Joseph was my attorney. In 2008 I went through a divorce and again Joseph was retained to represent me. In the initial stages I once wondered whose side was he on but I appreciated all he did because he was preparing me for the unexpected and were it not for his foresight and proper preparation then, I don't think I would have prevailed.
