In November of 1993, I sustained an accident with a Cadillac while riding my 10-speed bicycle in Atlanta, Georgia, through the Buckhead area at the Haversham & Piedmont Road intersection. While having been taken to Piedmont hospital with multiple serious injuries, a friend of mine contacted an attorn...ey who was their family attorney, a successful litigator, Joseph Weinberg, to look into my case. Even though at the time this attorney was not handling personal injury cases, he chose to take my case, voluntarily stating that he had often had an interest in going into the area of personal injury.
