One day my mother, who is not proficient in English, gave me what looked like a standard traffic ticket and asked me what she is supposed to do. As I looked closely at the ticket I realized that she was assigned a court date for the next day for a misdemeanor! She had been issued a ticket for misuse ...of handicap placard and had not notified me of it for two months, let alone the night before she was due in court. Oh, and of course, he got her out of the misdemeanor and got it down to a simple infraction, and a penalty down to a fraction of what the City Attorney had demanded at the beginning. If you ever need legal services, I highly recommend Mr. Salimi, as he is extremely helpful, responsive, kind, and honest. He won't rush to settle, and will go all the way if you want. He will give you as much information as possible so that you can make your own decision, or if you ask of him, he will recommend you the best course of action, and guide you all the way through the process.
