Mr. Hughes graduated from the University of Georgia law school and been licensed as a lawyer since 2007.  Since that time, he has offered legal advise and consulting on a variety of topics from business law to personal injury. 

He now focuses primarially on the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation law.  He has tried cases in front of the State Board of Workers' Compensation and their appellate division.

Car Wreck
Got in a wreck in September, 2018, had a number of issues with some different law firms. Got to the point that I only had months before the Statue of Limitations ran out. A friend of mine, Sarah K, told me about Morrison & Hughes and they jumped at the opportunity to help me get everything filed and fixed. Even when thee were chiropractor tried to play hardball and wouldn’t reduce her fees OR when the Opposing Council put some shady language in the final paper work. They really took care of me and I know that they will take care of you too.

I met mr. Hughes through a friend of mine .since the beginning he always answered my questions and helped me in any way he could.he knows what hes doing .my case lasted for 2 years mr hughes ,his coworkers and staff at morriosn and hughes did great.too many to name Even when sometimes i acted alittle crazy or impatient he lead me in the right direction. My advice if you need a trusted lawyer call them at Morrison and hughes.i can say just listen to there advice and you wont go wrong. My case ended in a great way.thank you

Hire an attorney!
I wasn't sure whether I needed an attorney to handle my workers' compensation claim. As it turned out, I'm very happy that I hired one. I never could have navigated through this system without legal help. The attorneys at Morrison & Hughes were very knowledgeable.

Best attorneys in Atlanta
Mr. Hughes and his law partners are absolute experts in injury law of all kinds. Including workers' compensation, personal injury, trucking, and disability claims. I even asked them to assist me with a legal matter involving a time share, and I was very pleased with the outcome. We live in East Cobb, but it was well worth traveling to the west side of Atlanta for their expert advice. I hightly recommend them!

Fantastic lawyer
I was in a very weird situation with my case case, and it all had to be handled over the phone. After searching long and hard a was referred to Morrison and Hughes by another firm and I am so thankful that I was. Through 6 months of healing from a severely broken leg and surgeries hill Hughes to the time and care anyone in my situation needs; to accept and settle my case quickly for me. I'm am forever greatful for Morrison and Hughes for thier hard work and diligence, and getting me upwards of $12,000 of what I was originally looking to receive. I would definitely hire again or recommend.
