Not a good person
Would rather light my money on fire. Make sure you record or document everything so you can review later after you get swindled. Good luck out there and run, do not hire.

Be Very Careful
Would not hire. Paid $2,200. Was told I filed eviction incorrectly and Hong still moved forward with the case. Opposing attorney said we were going to lose on technicality but she still moved forward. We lost. Was told she would represent me for $1,500 and I could pay after the next eviction hearing....

Replied last March 01, 2025Many evictions are filed incorrectly pro se before they retain an attorney. I'm up front, as it shows from the comment, when a case is filed incorrectly. I allow the client to decide to dismiss and file a new case, or move forward to see if the tenant shows up because in some cases, if the tenant does not show up to court, we're still able to obtain a writ. I attend all hearings and still do the work. If there is a new case that needs to be filed, that is a new case with new court costs and work on the new case. My contracts are on a per case basis which I clearly explain to my clients.
