I should have known something was wrong when we walked in. Reception lady act like how dare we have the audacity to walk in without an appointment...their office is next door to the court! We even saw attorney Hong and she looked away as soon as we made eye contact to say hi. Because we were d...esperate facing our current legal issue we scheduled a later appointment, paid a nonrefundable retainer and showed up in court the next court date despite never hearing back from attorney Hong between the time we paid money and she met us in court. In court she asked us to settle our case with the same offer we had before we hired. Maybe uts bc she never wanted to work on our case. But tell ppl upfront the issue is something you know nothing about or tell ppl upfront you don't want them as clients. Don't take our money and DO NOTHING WITH IT.
