Please don't waste ur time, energy or money. After I paid this man cash in full his required retainer, I've seen him every bit of 3 times in an 8 months ongoing case. I practically represented myself. This by far has been the worst experience ever he does not care or understands the volume of a chil...d custody battle. I honestly don't know how this man passed the bar. He has no clue what's going on with your case he emailed me incorrectly and the paralegal had to correct him. I tried to fire him before court but he has a strict non refund policy so I just went with him BIG MISTAKE, I lost my case in less than 10 minutes before the judge bc he did want to argue my case and waste his time, is what he told the judge. I wish I would have went with the reviews before hiring him. I wouldn't retain this attorney if he was a public defender for free, I would take my chances. I say all this to say he is a good talker before you pay him after that you're on your own. Good luck but don't bet on him unless you just have money to throw away and risk losing your kid's!

We hired Justin for a highly contentious case. Over the course of three very long years, he listened and used his high energy approach to help us get to a place where we won. I hired Justin for my wife over a custody battle with her ex husband. My wife had a horrible attorney resulting in the transfer of custody to her ex husband. The attorney was the worst and didn’t fight for her in court. So her ex husband who cared less about seeing his kids or paid child support got ...full custody. We were shocked.
