The absolute nicest and most jovial attorney I've ever met!

I was being unjustly sued by my HOA and called Atty Wyatt for representation. He patiently listened to details of the case, asked pertinent questions over the phone. His amazing receptionist quickly scheduled an appt. and Atty Wyatt refused to charge me. I could have paid him personally and I also ha...d membership in a corporate legal plan and again, he refused to charge me a dime. Atty Wyatt gave excellent advice, composed a response to the HOA's claims and it was filed the same day! The services and time that Atty Wyatt provided would have easily been billed at $4000 or more at a firm that would have done 1/3 of the work that he did. He did not know me from Eve and is the absolute nicest and most jovial attorney I've ever met! I'm happy to report that the case was DISMISSED due to the kindness and exemplary legal advice of Atty Justin Wyatt! Thank you for stellar advice!

Good in the beginning, failure and NO SHOW when it counted

I hired Justin to represent me during my divorce. In the beginning, it was going well as he provided solid counsel and seemed to be very sharp, and all about doing the right thing and representing me in the best fashion possible. The large challenge in my case, was the custody of my child and doing w...hat was best for her, in conjunction with how the split of the proceeds would go as it related the marital home. As I am not a family law attorney, I expressed what I was willing to agree to, he carried my wished to the opposing lawyer and my now ex-wife and it seemed that everything was agreed to correctly. "MY" understanding of the language, as it was written in the divorce decree, was how it was supposed to go, per my request. Low and behold, I had to go to another lawyer to get some clarification of my decree, because what I understood the language to read per the decree (which were the steps I was taking) and what I was to do in efforts to obtain proceeds from my home to give to my ex-wife VS what/how the language in legalese read, was VERY different, and it wasn't clear to me what I was missing. Justin not only refused to go over and explain to me how the language was missed on his end, but became blatantly ignorant, rude, nasty and wildly unprofessional. His oversight of the document is now costing me $70K+ in real estate proceeds. His failure to provide thorough, legal council and follow-through on something as critical as someone's divorce, has had a huge negative impact on my ability to move forward with an investment such as how proceeds from my home will be divided. I recently asked again for his help and he simply said I will NOT. He won't even grant an apology for missing what should have been caught. But life is life and I have learned a great deal from this experience. One being, never to re-hire nor recommend Justin to anyone for family law services.

Must HIRE exceptional and your not going to find one better

When you are in financial distress and physical pain it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions . That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. Justin explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be d...one. He was reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. Justin and his amazing team made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. Justin was selected on recommendation from a trusted friend and Attorney it was some of the "Best" advice I have ever received.

Don't waste your money please!

Please don't waste ur time, energy or money. After I paid this man cash in full his required retainer, I've seen him every bit of 3 times in an 8 months ongoing case. I practically represented myself. This by far has been the worst experience ever he does not care or understands the volume of a chil...d custody battle. I honestly don't know how this man passed the bar. He has no clue what's going on with your case he emailed me incorrectly and the paralegal had to correct him. I tried to fire him before court but he has a strict non refund policy so I just went with him BIG MISTAKE, I lost my case in less than 10 minutes before the judge bc he did want to argue my case and waste his time, is what he told the judge. I wish I would have went with the reviews before hiring him. I wouldn't retain this attorney if he was a public defender for free, I would take my chances. I say all this to say he is a good talker before you pay him after that you're on your own. Good luck but don't bet on him unless you just have money to throw away and risk losing your kid's!

Don't Waste Your Time

I contacted Justin regarding a property issue and he almost immediately hung up on me. Rather than listening to my concerns, he tried to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Save your time, look elsewhere.
