Carlos Javier Rodriguez

I was recently a client of Carlos Rodriguez. I was involved in an incident that resulted in multiple misdemeanor citations, specifically simple battery, criminal trespass, and public drunkenness. I had never been arrested before and was unprepared to deal with the situation. Carlos was recommended by... a close family friend. I did not receive a court date until 16 months after my incident. The actual date wasn’t until 18 months after the incident. Over that entire period of time, Carlos kept me informed routinely that he had checked on my status and constantly worked to settle with the owners of the property where my incident took place. By the time, my court date arrived, I was truly satisfied that everything had been done to positively affect the outcome of my case. As a result of his actions, the prosecutor dismissed my case at my initial court appearance. My experience as a result of my arrest was very stressful. Fortunately, due to the professionalism of Carlos Rodriguez, I did not have to deal with any additional stress from miscommunication, lack of trust, or uncertainty regarding our plan for my defense. I absolutely recommend him and would recommend him if asked by a friend or family member. I am truly grateful for everything that he did for me.

I cannot say enough positive things about Carlos Rodriguez. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and educated about the legal process in Cobb County.
