I was recently a client of Carlos Rodriguez. I was involved in an incident that resulted in multiple misdemeanor citations, specifically simple battery, criminal trespass, and public drunkenness. I had never been arrested before and was unprepared to deal with the situation. Carlos was recommended by... a close family friend. By the time, my court date arrived, I was truly satisfied that everything had been done to positively affect the outcome of my case. As a result of his actions, the prosecutor dismissed my case at my initial court appearance. My experience as a result of my arrest was very stressful. Fortunately, due to the professionalism of Carlos Rodriguez, I did not have to deal with any additional stress from miscommunication, lack of trust, or uncertainty regarding our plan for my defense.
