Mr. Porter came highly recommended to me from another attorney well-known in Atlanta. I was told I needed the best out in Gwinnett to help me defend myself if I had any hope of clearing my name and not facing jail time. During that initial consultation, all he asked of me was to be honest with him. I refused to plead guilty, as this was a second charge for something I was currently on probation for in a different county. All odds were against me due to the fact I "implied guilt".
