Biography
Call me at Seven Seven Zero, Three Three Eight, Two Three Three Eight. Office hours are by appointment only. For the past eight years, the main focus of my practice is criminal appeals. If you or a loved one have recently lost a criminal trial, contact me to determine if an appeal is the best way to keep fighting. Since 1995, I've represented hundreds of clients at the trial level.

I have been practicing law since 1989. I have volunteered as an officer in the Gwinnett County Bar Association and the Criminal Defense Section of the county's bar association. My clients are mainly involved in courts in Gwinnett and Forsyth counties, and I will evaluate cases from other counties in Georgia.
My practice is 100% criminal defense. Most of my clients have been convicted by a jury and they hire me to appeal their case (have the trial reviewed by the Georgia Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court of Georgia). I am no longer accepting cases at the trial level, and I'm happy to give you a referral to a colleague if you are charged with DUI, vehicular homicide or serious injury by DUI, drug offenses and any offense that could land you on the sex offender registry.
Most of my clients are referred to me by other attorneys. I will refer my clients to qualified attorneys in other areas of the law, or in areas of Georgia where I do not go to court often. Don't despair. I'm here to listen to your concerns and fight for your rights.

DUI dismissed
After finding faults of the police officers Ms. Towne had my DUI case dismissed. It was a 3 year ordeal but she responded to all of my questions thoroughly the entire way through and never gave me the impression of being on the back burner. She had a job to do and did it well.
