Biography
After serving as an officer and military attorney in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, I returned to Lawrenceville, Georgia, where I have been in private practice since 1990. I am active in local civic organizations, having served on the board of directors for the Gwinnett County United Way, and Gwinnett Boys and Girls Clubs. Our firm is a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, and I am a 1996 graduate of the chamber's Leadership Gwinnett program. Currently, I serve on the advisory board for Gwinnett Legal Aid. In 2012, I was the Democratic nominee for Congress in Georgia's 7th District. I am also a state certified mediator and mediate cases in the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit.
