He doesnt seem to have a solid understanding of georgia traffic law

Hired Mr. Adams for a couple traffic violations in Gwinnett county. Without having ever discussed my case with me he approached me with a plea deal at my court appearance. I explained how pleading guilty to either of the violations would affect my ability to apply for a Commercial Driver’s license... in Georgia. He replied that since I didn’t have one yet it wouldn’t result in a cdl suspension. He did not seem to understand how CDL disqualifications work in Georgia which was shocking after just paying him a decent amount of money for his legal expertise I also explained how either violation could affect my insurance which matters for work. His response to that was a nolo plea would prevent it from affecting insurance. That was also false a nolo plea appears on your mvr and will affect insurance. It only prevents points towards suspension. It was very shocking how fast and sloppy he wanted to wrap up my case. I could have saved money just asking for the case to be sent to state court then hiring an attorney because he asked for another fee for that $$$ Chatgpt would have given me better legal representation

Horrible experience

Wish I had known he was under investigation by Gwinnett County for fraud and lying before hiring him to take my divorce case. It was the most expensive uncontested divorce ever. My ex and I did all the work ,he kept padding the bill and did absolutely nothing as an advocate for me to get a better ...settlement. Had an emergency hearing and he showed up for 5 minutes. When he needed more money he would invoice me saying he discussed the case with his staff. He never knew what was going on so I knew he was lying. He did absolutely nothing for the money he charged me. Divorce is hard enough without having an attorney that just didn't care. He gives attorney's a bad name, I hope I never have to use one again.

A1 Professional and a true lifesaver!

This guy is great. I Hired him for a speeding ticket and as soon as i met with him & he agreed to represent me, I knew i could relax and he'd handle the rest. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He knows the law and is very professional . He brought me peace of mind, knowing he was my lawyer and was r...epresenting me! Got my charges & fines reduced! This lawyer is by far better than others I've dealt with and I will without a doubt use him again if anything else comes up! Really was a lifesaver!

Divorce & Family Violence Case

I hired Mr. Adams to defend me in a family violence criminal case and divorce settlment. The divorce went very smoothly and Mr. Adams provided very sound counsel on where he felt I could come out, which seemed fair to me and was accepted by my ex-wife with little back-and-forth. On the criminal cas...e, the charges included two felonies and two misdemeanors. Mr. Adams advised that he believed the felony charges were excessive and put together a plan to have the charges reduced or dropped, which included action steps on my part and negotiating with the state. What I most appreciated about Mr. Adams' counsel was that he was always open and not falsely optimistic. In our first meeting he explained that he believes it does not do any side any good to portray false optimism and tried to be honest in his assessments. Following that comment, he explained that my case was not beyond repair and that I could take comfort in knowing that he had seen far worse reach an agreeable and satisfactory end. Throughout the entire process (which took 16 months), Mr. Adams was good to check-in with updates and explanation of various processes, either from himself or one of his highly skilled office staff. He did a very good job of explaining his strategy and why he believed it to be the most effective route in seeing our hoped outcome in the case. He was very willing to accept questions and re-explain certain nuances of the law and his strategy if I needed more clarification. Throughout the process I never felt that my case was in poor hands - meaning Mr. Adams or his staff. He reached out to the state on multiple occasions to propose a reduced charge and plea agreement. Ultimately, we stuck to Mr. Adams original recommendation in strategy and received a very favorable offer from the state. The felony charges were eventually lowered to misdemeanors and the original misdemeanors were dropped. Mr. Adams' office was extremely professional throughout the process, but each of them also provided a very welcomed friendly presence in each of my meetings with them. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Adams and his staff for anyone seeking an attorney for either of these types of cases.

Grateful

I could not write how grateful I am to Mr. Adams. He saved my relationship with my daughter. He argued precedent information and cases and was wonderfully skilled at cross examination. He told me exactly what to do and how to be prepared for the courtroom. I trusted him, and he came through. Mr. Adam...s is knowledgeable of not only the law but how to bring out the truth, and the objective truth so that the judge was able to see both sides clearly. I now can rest peacefully knowing that my child will be in close proximity to me. When all you hold dear is held in limbo and you have to trust in the law. you need someone who is professional, balanced, and honest. Mr. Adams was all of these. I recommend him as a lawyer to all future clients in need.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. Chris is tough as nails, without a doubt. He works hard for his clients and makes me earn every dollar when we're on opposite sides. Yet, when I see his name on a case as opposing counsel, I know that I'll be working with a straight-shooter."
