In my opinion Mr. Harsh isn't just a horrible lawyer but also a very disrespectful, inconsiderate person. Mr. Harsh was also court appointed to my son, not only did he fail to appear to more then one court date, he never even called to excuse us or him self as we later found out sitting in a court ro...om what was going on!!!! It's very sad knowing this man represents people ( maybe even a bit scary ).. I fired Mr. Harsh in court that morning although he wasn't there to see it because he never showed up, the judge apologized for the situation with were put in.. please mindful of the person. Thank you, A Mother words to you sir.

In my opinion Mr Harsh is a horrible lawyer. He was appointed to be my sons( a minor) public defender over 2 years ago. We have not seen any progress in my sons case nor does Mr Harsh inform us of anything happening in the case. My son sits in a juvenile facility waiting. Meanwhile they take my son t...o court but he doesn't know why or whats happening just for them to return him to the facility so he can wait for his lawyer to explain things but that never happens. Six months later he still doesn't know what the last hearing was about. My son and I both call Mr Harsh but to no avail, he never returns our calls. When he first took the case he asked to speak with people that pertain to the case and they have tried to call him yet he never returns their calls. I have spoken to Mr Harsh only 2x in the past 2 years. During the last conversation I had with Mr Harsh he even implied that he thought my son was guilty therefore he didn't need to do his job. Mr Harsh has decided that he is judge and jury.
