My name is David. I'm a 26 year old licensed massage therapist, and I absolutely love my career for the smiles I can bring to a complete stranger's face, it truly is a blessing. I met Dave through another GA NORML legal member and haven't been sorry since. I was arrested after a Gwinnett county po...lice officer pulled my friend over for a "noise violation" when the radio wasn't even on. My friend happened to be black and I'm white, so this seems to be a common practice for Gwinnett officers to investigate "drug activity". I confessed to a small amount of marijuana on my person after the officer pulled me out of the vehicle for looking nervous. Even with my honesty and the measly 7 grams of the harmless love-giving plant we call cannabis, the officer decided I was worth criminal prosecution and I got a free ride to the Gwinnett County Jail. An amazingly knowledgeable man, Dave exposed the many indiscretions with my case to me and gave me hope. He kept me informed, while keeping me assured but realistic. David is everything that is right about our legal system and is a true defender of the people. In the end, even after a confession, David won my case at trial, and didn't fold under continued pressure from the prosecutor to plea out. He stayed the course with me and got my case dismissed, freeing me from a stressful legal situation that threatened my very livelihood over a simple misdemeanor drug possession. Thank you David, and I recommend this man to anyone who really wants a champion in their corner.

I would not recommend David Edward Clark to a dog. He was not helpful, he made promises that did not even come close to happening. He had no idea what my case was about when we appeared in court. My case was a family law case, but he treated me as if he was representing a criminal. At the end of the ...1st & 2nd hearings. I was very confused and he turned to me each time and said, "I'm sorry that your case did not turn out better. Good luck". He acted as though he was afarid of the Judge. There was actually one time that I asked him if he was going to speak up on my behalf. My child support was reduced, even though my ex makes over $125k and I only make $28k. Go figure that! He just took my money, and the fees kept going up. Jerk.
