Zachary Case Meeks

I became a personal injury attorney because I wanted to help people through moments when life has been unexpectedly turned upside down. When someone is injured, they are often dealing with much more than a legal claim. They may be worried about their health, their family, missed work, mounting expenses, and what comes next.

My goal is to make that process feel less overwhelming. I believe clients deserve straightforward answers, honest guidance, and an attorney who takes the time to understand what matters most to them.

At Meeks Impact Law, we handle personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout Georgia, including car and commercial vehicle accidents, rideshare crashes, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, DUI-related injuries, and premises liability matters. We take a team-based approach to our cases, including the perspective of our in-house Legal Nurse Consultant when medical issues are involved.

I am especially proud of the culture we have built around communication and personal service. Our clients should know who is handling their case, understand what is happening, and feel comfortable asking questions along the way.

I also believe our responsibility to make an impact extends beyond the clients we represent. Giving back and supporting the communities we serve are fundamental parts of who we are as a firm and what I want Meeks Impact Law to stand for.
