It is always in your best interest to get the most experienced defense attorney you can and one that is the most familiar with the area your charges are in. Especially when you are charged with anything(no matter how seemingly minor) in Forsyth County. Beware of getting in any legal trouble purposely... or not here. They are not very negotiable. Thankfully I had Kyle in my corner to at least get one of my charges dropped and negotiate sentencing for the second. He has a wide range of experience in the legal system, especially in Forsyth. Again, do not get in any trouble in Forsyth, especially involving a local if you are not one. If you do get in trouble in this county, do not expect an understanding prosecution. In most places, but especially in Forsyth , all they care about is padding the number of convictions they get. Contact this law firm if you do get in trouble. You may be shocked at the rigidness in Forsyth, but Mr. Epps will be your best shot at defense and negotiations with the prosecution. I’m glad I made the right choice!!!
