Biography
Attorney Kyle E. Epps, III, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to The Epps Law Group, rooted in a lifelong dedication to Georgia’s criminal justice system. With a fourteen-year tenure in law enforcement, he managed thousands of cases and played a key role as an academy instructor, SWAT team member, and founding member of the Cobb County Gang Unit. His legal career includes serving in the Forsyth County Solicitor’s Office, prosecuting misdemeanors, and being admitted to both the Georgia Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Eleventh Circuit in 1996. Mr. Epps has also served the community as Judge Pro Tempore in Forsyth County Juvenile Court and remains passionately involved with youth sports and charitable organizations. An alumnus of Georgia State University, where he attended on a golf scholarship, Mr. Epps continues to value teamwork and discipline, both on and off the course.

My son's divorce
